Project Role Description: Develop strategies to ensure the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Shape the strategic direction of guidelines, policies, and practices to mitigate AI-related risks, promoting transparency and accountability while aligning AI initiatives with organizational values and legal requirements.

As a Responsible AI Advisor, you will create strategies for the ethical use of AI technologies, shaping guidelines and policies to mitigate associated risks. Your role will focus on promoting transparency and accountability, ensuring alignment with the organization's values and legal standards.

Operate independently and develop subject matter expertise (SME).
Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.
Provide solutions to work-related challenges.
Develop strategies for ethical and responsible AI technology usage.
Shape the strategic direction for implementing guidelines and policies to mitigate AI-related risks.
Promote transparency and accountability in AI initiatives, aligning with organizational values and legal requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science.
Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms (e.g., linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, clustering).
Solid knowledge of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.
