Job Title: Revenue Analyst & OTA Management (Entry-Level)

Reports to: General Manager & Business Development Head


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage hotel listings on OTAs like Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb.

  2. Ensure accuracy and optimization of content, images, descriptions, and policies.

  3. Regularly update room availability, pricing, and promotions.

  4. Collect and analyze daily/weekly booking and revenue data.

  5. Support dynamic pricing strategies based on occupancy, seasonality, and market demand.

  6. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy rate.

  7. Conduct competitor analysis on rates and listings to find optimization opportunities.

  8. Stay updated on OTA trends, algorithms, and promotional tools.

  9. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align revenue strategies.

  10. Prepare simple dashboards and performance reports.

  11. Support audits, reviews, and data checks as required.


Candidate Profile / What We’re Looking For:

  1. Recent graduate in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related fields.

  2. Basic knowledge or interest in online travel platforms and hotel operations (preferred, not mandatory).

  3. Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn.

  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

  5. Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven attitude.
