Responsibilities
- Innovative AI Solutions: Harness Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to build innovative solutions.
- Data Requirements: Define comprehensive data requirements for leveraging LLMs.
- Data Management: Lead data cleaning, aggregation, analysis, and interpretation; conduct data quality assessments.
- Data Pipelines: Build and manage data pipelines for efficient data flow and processing.
- Model Training: Train and fine-tune LLMs using large-scale datasets for optimized performance and accuracy.
- Model Evaluation: Conduct in-depth evaluations of model performance and iterate on improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Integrate Generative AI and LLMs into end-to-end solutions, ensuring seamless deployment and scalability.
- Cloud Services: Utilize AWS, Azure, or GCP for model development, training, and deployment.
- Advancements in AI: Stay updated on the latest advancements in Generative AI and explore new techniques and frameworks.
- Documentation: Document methodologies, experiments, and findings for knowledge sharing.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Presentation: Create insights presentations and client-ready decks to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior resources, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
- Communication: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts and insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Marketing, or related disciplines with an excellent academic record.
- Experience: 4+ years of progressive experience in Data Science, preferably within the Marketing domain.
- Technical Skills:
- Expert level proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Proven experience implementing Generative AI use cases with hands-on experience in working with multiple LLMs in real-world applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data storage, processing, and model deployment.
- Soft Skills:
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and translate complex technical concepts into clear language.
- Strong desire to learn and stay updated on advancements in Generative AI and Marketing Analytics.
