Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will spearhead outbound outreach campaigns, identify and engage with potential clients, and qualify leads to support the broader sales team. Your efforts will play a key role in generating interest, building relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate quality leads.

  2. Identify and research target companies and decision-makers aligned with ideal client profiles.

  3. Qualify leads based on defined criteria and set appointments or demos for the sales team.

  4. Maintain and regularly update CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce with accurate lead data.

  5. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to craft compelling outreach messages.

  6. Execute multi-touch follow-up strategies to maintain engagement with leads.

  7. Report weekly metrics including emails sent, calls made, responses received, and meetings booked.

  8. Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry news to enhance outreach relevance.


Requirements:

  1. 0–3 years of experience in sales outreach, business development, or lead generation.

  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  3. Experience with outreach tools like Outreach.io, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  4. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

  5. High level of organization, persistence, and self-motivation.

  6. Ability to initiate cold calls and write engaging cold emails.

  7. Proven capability to quickly establish rapport and generate interest.
