The Role

This position combines Salesforce System Administration and Business Analysis responsibilities. The role focuses on resolving user issues, implementing configuration changes, and analyzing enhancement requests to improve the Salesforce platform’s effectiveness. You'll be working closely with internal stakeholders and end-users to ensure clear, compliant, and scalable implementations.


What You’ll Do

  1. Provide first-level support for Salesforce.com, assisting internal users and resolving issues.

  2. Perform Salesforce system administration tasks such as user provisioning, flow updates, and managing picklists.

  3. Conduct Salesforce/CRM business analysis activities.

  4. Collaborate closely with users and business stakeholders to fully understand, analyze, and document requirements and processes.

  5. Create functional documentation to support system changes and enhancements.

  6. Ensure all changes and processes comply with SOX audit standards and internal policies.


What You’ll Bring

  1. Bachelor’s degree with a technical background.

  2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Salesforce System Administrator working with Lightning UI.

  3. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.

  4. Preferred certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Platform App Builder.

  5. Strong functional and system knowledge of Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud, especially configuration.

  6. High attention to detail when implementing Salesforce changes and adherence to change management policies.

  7. Ability to write clear documentation for business requirements and processes.

  8. Analytical skills to evaluate and resolve technical and business problems related to Salesforce.

  9. A user-centric mindset and willingness to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

  10. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks based on business urgency.

  11. Clear written and verbal communication skills.

  12. Fluency in spoken and written English.
