Role: Salesforce Administrator
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional employee support for Salesforce users.
Participate in refining business system requirements and provide effort estimates.
Administer Salesforce platform, including add-ons and plugins.
Support enhancements and fixes across Salesforce and tools like Conga, Nue (CPQ-like).
Serve as a subject matter expert for workflows, automations, and rules.
Take ownership of issues until resolved and support users with best practices.
Diagnose and resolve medium-complexity issues using analysis and troubleshooting.
Plan and execute upgrades for Salesforce and related systems.
Manage user licensing and access for large user bases.
Build strong internal relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Remain responsive and dependable, including on-call support during critical issues.
Stay current with industry trends and Salesforce best practices.
Support M&A data migration from legacy systems.
Identify, document, and communicate software issues and troubleshooting steps.
Manage access and permissions to ensure compliance and system security.
Help users automate manual tasks and implement business processes.
Create and manage custom reports, dashboards, and views in Salesforce.
Maintain and update knowledgebase and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Provide training sessions and demos to end users as needed.
Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and implement solutions.
Implement and test new business rules and configurations.
Work with users to identify testing needs and support UAT.
Keep up with new Salesforce releases and feature updates.
Perform other duties as required.
Who We’re Looking For
Experience & Knowledge
Minimum 2 years of Salesforce administration experience.
Deep expertise with:
