Role Overview:
As a Salesforce Developer at UST, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing innovative Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. This role involves creating scalable, high-quality integrations and customizations while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior developers. You’ll play a key part in delivering impactful business solutions across UST’s global customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Triggers.
Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance UI/UX in Experience Cloud portals.
Develop integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
Guide junior developers and lead development tasks for small to large-scale projects.
Maintain strong functional understanding of SalesCloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Participate in code reviews and ensure technical documentation meets project standards.
Create and manage technical project plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Additional Responsibilities:
Apply DevOps best practices using VS Code, GitHub, and Salesforce DevOps Center.
Ensure solution quality by writing unit tests and adhering to development best practices.
Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce security, scalability, and governance.
Technical Requirements:
Proven experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Validation Rules.
Expertise in Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds).
Familiarity with tools like Visual Studio Code, GitHub, and DevOps pipelines.
Strong technical documentation and presentation skills.
Salesforce Developer and Admin Certifications are required.
Preferred Skills:
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture.
Ability to functionally and technically design and present solutions.
Experience working with middleware for API integrations.
Capability to independently create fields, write LWC, APEX, and unit tests.
