As a Salesforce Field Service Lightning Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications tailored to business needs. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering effective, data-driven solutions using Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Field Service Lightning applications to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Field Service Lightning, developing custom objects, workflows, and validation rules as needed.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals.
- Stay updated on advancements in Salesforce Field Service Lightning, integrating innovative solutions for competitive advantage.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Lightning, and Salesforce Communities.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices, including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce integration technologies, including REST and SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Additional Information:
