The Role
As a Salesforce Senior Developer, you will perform advanced development and customization duties in Salesforce. This includes both technical development and a business analyst (BA) component, requiring close collaboration with stakeholders to understand and deliver business-critical enhancements. You’ll be responsible for system integrity, compliance, risk assessment, and user enablement.
What You’ll Do
Customize the Salesforce system to meet company business needs.
Integrate existing systems and services into Salesforce CRM architecture.
Assist in deployment and provisioning activities.
Perform Salesforce Business Analysis tasks to support development and user adoption.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, architects, and IT teams to implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
Communicate regularly with end users to understand business requirements and document workflows and processes.
Create functional and technical documentation for all developments and changes.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and draft knowledge base (KB) documentation.
Enforce audit compliance (SOC, SOX, PCI) within Salesforce development and implementation.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a technical focus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with exposure to both Classic and Lightning environments.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).
Preferred certifications: Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, Industries CPQ Developer, OmniStudio Developer.
Strong functional and system knowledge of Salesforce, especially in Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud.
Experience with source control systems and CI/CD environments.
Proficiency in developing custom solutions, integrations, APIs, and handling SOAP/REST services.
Strong ability to document business requirements and translate them into development actions.
Effective problem-solving skills for both technical and business challenges related to Salesforce.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
