The Role
As a Salesforce Senior Developer, you will:
Perform Salesforce development duties related to enhancement requests and projects.
Identify potential issues/risks associated with development efforts.
Work closely with business requesters to define intent and requirements.
Maintain system security, privacy rules, and integrity.
Collaborate as a Business Analyst (BA) to understand and analyze enhancement requests.
Review requirements for completeness and document them clearly.
What You’ll Do
Customize Salesforce to meet company business needs.
Integrate existing systems/services into the CRM architecture.
Assist with deployment and provisioning activities.
Perform Salesforce Business Analysis functions and duties.
Collaborate with developers, BAs, architects, and IT to implement Salesforce solutions.
Stay close to end users to understand, analyze, and document processes/requirements.
Create functional documentation and knowledge base (KB) content.
Identify opportunities to optimize internal processes.
Enforce SOC, SOX, and PCI audit policies for compliance.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with technical background.
5+ years’ experience as Salesforce Developer in Classic + Lightning.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory).
Salesforce Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, Industries CPQ Developer, and OmniStudio Developer certifications (plus).
Strong knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud) configurations.
Experience with source control + CI/CD environments.
Proficiency in developing, customizing, integrations, APIs, SOAP/REST services, and deployments.
Ability to analyze + document business requirements/processes in writing.
Ability to solve business and technical problems related to Salesforce.
Fluency in English (oral + written).
