Role Description & Responsibilities
Join the Data Factory Team to develop internal Business Data Experience applications.
Collaborate with business analysts across departments to align data with reporting and analytical needs.
Build efficient interfaces between BI systems and business applications to ensure timely and accurate data integration.
Introduce and implement tools, frameworks, and best practices to improve data engineering workflows.
Take ownership of the SAP BODS ETL development lifecycle, including job optimization and performance enhancement.
Qualifications
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
1–4 years of experience in SAP BODS and Oracle SQL Development.
Knowledge of Universe Design and BO Reports is an added advantage.
Core Technical Skills
Strong command of Oracle SQL Development (mandatory).
Experience in designing and optimizing SAP BODS ETL jobs for diverse reporting use cases.
Ability to identify and resolve performance issues in Data Services jobs and schedules.
Competence in creating and optimizing Universes to enhance report-building efficiency.
Additional Skills
Experience with Business Objects Report development is a plus.
Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Atomic, Windows Scheduler) is an advantage.
Understanding of CRM, Sales, and Marketing technologies is highly desirable.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with business stakeholders.
Ability to gather requirements and create detailed technical documentation.
Location Requirement
Willingness to work on-site from Pune.
