Summary:
As an Application Technical Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing support for the SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Tool, ensuring its smooth operation for clients. Your role involves accurately diagnosing client issues and designing effective solutions based on your in-depth product knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Offer ongoing support to clients, serving as the liaison between the client and the SAP MDG Tool.
Accurately define client issues and design solutions based on comprehensive product knowledge.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective functioning of the SAP MDG Tool.
Communicate technical findings clearly to stakeholders, leveraging strong interpersonal skills.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must Have: Strong knowledge of the SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Tool.
Good to Have: Experience with other SAP modules such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP CRM.
Experience providing technical support to clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support for the SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Tool.
