Understand client requirements and participate in product/software design.
Investigate and define system flows, data usage, and work processes.
Collaborate with systems analysts and project managers to analyze capabilities and translate requirements into design.
Conduct root cause analysis of issues and recommend design-level improvements.
Suggest ideas for enhancing system performance and scalability.
Develop clean, optimized Python code modules ensuring high performance and scalability.
Design and automate test cases, scenarios, and usage cases for software validation.
Modify code to fix bugs, enhance performance, and upgrade system interfaces.
Maintain documentation including flowcharts, diagrams, and clear code comments.
Monitor for errors, perform unit testing, and support system integration.
Coordinate with peers on development status, task tracking, and daily reporting.
Generate reports on programming progress, specifications, and quality.
Capture client clarifications and provide regular feedback for quality improvement.
Ensure timely responses to client queries and follow standard business etiquette.
Participate in upskilling initiatives, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Document detailed technical and project specifications from requirement to delivery.
Maintain professionalism in all client interactions via email, voice, and reports.
Strong hands-on experience in Python Application Programming.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience with system troubleshooting, debugging, and deployment automation.
Knowledge of root cause analysis, performance optimization, and error handling.
Ability to write detailed technical documentation and clear reporting.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Computer Science (B.E. / B.Tech / MCA preferred)
