Monitor and support daily transactions against performance benchmarks.
Review team performance dashboards and individual KPIs.
Provide technical support and process-level guidance to enhance performance.
Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and standardized processes.
Document and analyze client queries, resolutions, and patterns.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Technical Architect (TA) and Service Engineering Specialist (SES).
Maintain compliance with service agreements to mitigate legal challenges.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical queries in a timely and courteous manner.
Guide users through solutions using structured diagnostic approaches.
Provide alternative solutions to clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Ensure proper documentation of call logs and client feedback.
Conduct scheduled follow-ups to confirm issue resolution and client satisfaction.
Mentor Production Specialists in resolving technical queries.
Identify skill gaps and coordinate triage training sessions.
Design and conduct technical trainings based on identified needs.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through continuous learning and internal trainings.
Track common issues and suggest resolutions to improve efficiency.
Strong hands-on expertise in SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) role.
Proficient in Python coding for automation and quality assurance.
Solid understanding of QA processes, test automation strategies, and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with performance dashboards, root cause analysis, and escalation protocols.
Good communication, mentoring, and client interaction skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Computer Science (B.E. / B.Tech / MCA preferred)
Process Delivery: Cases resolved/day, process adherence, SLA compliance, customer feedback, NSAT/ESAT scores.
Team Management: Productivity, absenteeism, overall efficiency.
Capability Development: Number of trainings (triages) completed, team test performance.
