How Will You Make an Impact?

This role is part of the US Consumer Services Business Unit, specifically within the Marketing Analytics team. We are focused on making membership a key competitive advantage and supporting each other in becoming better leaders. The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is tasked with creating world-class marketing strategies that drive demand and engage card members throughout their journey.

In this role, you will be a vital member of the prospect acquisition analytics and personalization team, working to enhance channel strategy and offer analytics for the prospect channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop effective targeting and personalization strategies for consumer prospect Direct Mail, Pre-Qual, and Bureau-based omnichannel connections.
• Create robust measurement solutions to optimize channel performance effectively.
• Lead the test-and-learn initiatives for the direct mail channel.
• Publish periodic performance reports and analyze trends.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute and enhance the direct mail strategy.

• Strong analytical and technical expertise.
• Strong business acumen.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of relevant analytics experience.
• A degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or finance, combined with a master’s degree or other relevant qualifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Hive, SQL, SAS, or Python.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
