Position: Senior Associate - Campaign Management

Job Summary:

As a Senior Associate in Campaign Management, you will:

  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and work independently with minimal support.
  • Guide and review the work of subordinates.
  • Collaborate with project management and development teams to understand project objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in collaboration with different teams.
  • Provide timely status updates to Leads and/or Managers.

Desired Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • In-depth understanding of SEM concepts and current trends.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (required).
  • Flexible, motivated, and able to work autonomously.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with tools like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and GA4.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, and Data Studio is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, launch campaigns, and analyze competitors.
  • Stay updated with SEM trends and internet marketing industry developments.
  • Monitor and manage campaigns, reports, and key reporting tools, highlighting important areas.
  • Ensure high-quality work and review the quality of your own and others' documents.

Must-Have Skills:

  • End-to-end management of search programs, including strategy, execution, and optimization, meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Bing, Yahoo, and MSN.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to handle client calls, providing insights on channel/campaign performance.
  • Ability to develop search capabilities and train teams on client management.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Ability to define and co-develop paid search measurement frameworks and KPIs.
  • Experience in keyword research and traffic forecasting using search engines and third-party tools.
  • Knowledge of SEM best practices, including advanced bidding strategies, negative keywords, dayparting, location targeting, and audience extensions.
