In this vital role, you will be part of a collaborative team implementing and supporting next-generation safety platforms and technologies. Your focus will be on analyzing and resolving issues related to adverse event data, ensuring seamless data transmissions across integrated systems. By leveraging data analytics, you’ll identify trends, optimize workflows, and prevent future issues—helping ensure patient safety through system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and resolve adverse event data processing issues across multiple systems.
- Investigate system disruptions, data anomalies, or delays, implementing corrective actions.
- Work with internal teams, external vendors, and business partners to resolve dependencies and bottlenecks.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven optimizations to enhance reliability.
- Collaborate on test plans and validation of system updates, patches, and new features.
- Perform regression testing to ensure updates do not impact system functionality.
- Support the implementation of automated testing frameworks for improved efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Key Control Indicators (KCI) and contribute to process governance.
Qualifications & Experience
Basic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree with 1-3 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or related field OR
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience OR
- Diploma with 7-9 years of experience
Must-Have Skills:
- Expertise in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving system and data issues.
- Strong data analytics skills with experience in Power BI or Tableau.
- Proficiency in SQL and database querying.
- Familiarity with API integrations (e.g., MuleSoft) and middleware platforms.
- Experience in testing methodologies, automation, and Agile frameworks.
- Knowledge of PV terminologies and regulatory compliance.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and IS Change Control.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with API integrations and cloud-based technologies.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Java or Python.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and learning agility.
- Experience working with GxP systems and projects.
- Familiarity with SDLC processes including requirements, testing, and data analysis.
Professional Certifications (Preferred):
- SAFe for Teams certification
