Key Responsibilities
Manage production deployments of the Salesforce platform in Agile environments.
Promote Salesforce updates across environments from development to production seamlessly.
Administer Salesforce Dev Sandboxes, metadata backup tools, and environment management systems.
Work with CI/CD tools including Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins, Copado, and Flosum.
Resolve platform issues and drive improvements aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Monitor system limits, ensure scalable architecture, and optimize processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders for master data integration and workflow optimization.
Stay updated with Salesforce trends, tools, and system improvements.
Contribute to cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Salesforce.com Certification (mandatory).
Deep understanding of Salesforce security models (profiles, roles, permission sets, OWD, etc.).
Hands-on experience in Lightning Flows, Process Builder, Approvals, Reports, and Dashboards.
Basic working knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
Strong grasp of platform scaling, architecture, and deployment management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
