Key Responsibilities
Handle change/service requests from end users and clients using ArisGlobal products.
Take complete ownership of ticket resolution and coordinate maintenance of ArisGlobal Safety systems and supporting applications.
Perform configuration, data corrections, and customizations using Oracle/PostgreSQL and JavaScript.
Provide technical guidance to customers and troubleshoot ArisGlobal products.
Serve as a key point of contact for customer and stakeholder queries.
Manage end-to-end product deployments/upgrades based on customer or internal requirements.
Prerequisites for the Role
3–8 years of experience working with software applications like ARISg/LSMV or other Pharmacovigilance systems.
Knowledge of configuration, E2B Gateway setup, and distribution rule updates.
Experience in Level-2 application support, change management, and ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA).
Good command of writing and executing PL/SQL queries, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
Strong customer interaction experience across global time zones.
Understanding of the Pharmacovigilance process and regulatory domain.
Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and interest in customer support.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Basic project coordination experience involving infrastructure and vendor teams.
Preferred Skills
Oracle PL/SQL, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, SQL Server
JIRA, HP ALM, Linux/Unix, XML
Basic knowledge of AWS and RDS
Experience in application support, change management, and computer system validation (CSV)
Familiarity with CFR Part 11 and EMEA Annex 11 compliance
Passion or experience in the Pharmacovigilance and Life Sciences domain
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Science (Other specializations also welcome)
Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
