About the Role

  1. The company is developing an advanced supply chain platform to enhance delivery efficiency.

  2. Seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across departments and ensure optimized logistics and business intelligence.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop dashboards and automated reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

  2. Derive actionable insights from data to support marketing and user acquisition initiatives.

  3. Analyze data using research methods, statistical techniques, and analytics tools.

  4. Prepare and summarize operational reports on a weekly, monthly, and periodic basis for internal stakeholders.

  5. Collaborate with the Product team to implement and monitor tools like Google Analytics, Flurry, and Clevertap.

  6. Partner with engineering, design, sales, and operations teams to influence product and process improvements.

  7. Build data solutions that drive performance and business growth.


Required Qualifications

  1. Minimum 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.

  2. Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.

  3. Strong understanding of basic business principles and statistical techniques.

  4. Expertise in Excel and writing complex SQL queries.

  5. Experience in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting data with precision.

  6. Skilled in generating reports and dashboards for various business units.

  7. Familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Appsflyer.

  8. Proven ability to generate meaningful business insights from data.

  9. Female candidates are preferred for this position.


Work Environment

  1. Full-time, permanent role based in Gurugram, Haryana.

  2. In-person work model with day shift schedule.
