About the Role:
Dr. Lime is developing a state-of-the-art supply chain platform to ensure quality raw materials are delivered efficiently and reliably. The Senior Data Analyst will support this initiative by driving data-driven insights and improving delivery solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
Create dashboards and automated reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Generate data-driven insights to support impactful marketing and user acquisition programs.
Interpret data and analyze results using analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques.
Prepare, analyze, and summarize weekly, monthly, and periodic operational reports for key stakeholders, including dashboards, specifications, and flowcharts.
Collaborate with the Product team on data tracking and implement tools like Google Analytics, Flurry, CleverTap, etc.
Partner regularly with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, operations) to drive product and process improvements and enhance business intelligence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
Preferably female candidate (as per company preference).
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Basic business understanding and knowledge of common statistics and analytics techniques.
Proficiency in Excel and SQL query writing.
Advanced analytical skills for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating data accurately.
Strong report writing and dashboard creation abilities.
Familiarity with digital analytics and clickstream data; experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, etc. preferred.
Ability to derive meaningful business insights and measure performance using data.
