Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Product Analytics team, supporting key initiatives within the Life Sciences and Healthcare organization. This position plays a crucial role in advancing our analytics capabilities to enhance product development. You will collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, user analytics, customer engagement, and UX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Product Managers to deliver ongoing, value-added product enhancements by measuring and analyzing usage metrics.
• Review all aspects of the product, including new functionalities, onboarding processes, and existing user patterns to assess usability and effectiveness.
• Analyze data and share results with the Product Operations team and senior management, collaborating on plans to adjust and enhance the product.
• Generate reports that inform strategies to improve product retention rates.
• Utilize usage analytics to identify at-risk accounts, partnering with training teams, product managers, and customer engagement to enhance usage and retention.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify strategies for maximizing sales opportunities.
• Manage Pendo projects within the product, including training walkthroughs, release notes, and help files.
• Gather and analyze feedback to ensure product management is aware of issues and enhancement requests.

About You:

Experience and Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in product management, operations, or technology.
• Strong initiative and analytical mindset with a proactive approach.
• Proven ability to drive results within a global, matrixed team.
• Solid technical background with an understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Pendo and Power BI.
• Familiarity with user analytics and customer engagement strategies.
• Project management skills, particularly in a product-focused environment.

Product Development Focus:

You will collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to enhance offerings in the Life Sciences space.
