Role Summary:
The Senior Financial Systems Analyst will work with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure that enterprise financial systems are accurate, efficient, and scalable. The role is hybrid, based in Austin, TX, and reports to the FP&A Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert for financial systems, including ERP systems such as Intacct, Oracle, or Workday, and planning tools like Planful, Anaplan, or Adaptive Insights.
Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to design, implement, and support system enhancements and integrations.
Analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements, configuration changes, or development specifications.
Manage and participate in financial system upgrades, implementations, and testing.
Ensure data integrity across financial systems by developing and maintaining controls and performing data reconciliations.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, coordinating with users and technical teams as needed.
Create and maintain documentation for system processes, workflows, and user manuals.
Train end-users and provide ongoing support to improve system usage and reporting accuracy.
Support financial close processes, ensuring data is accurate and timely for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis with technical responsibilities.
Strong understanding of financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reporting.
Experience working with enterprise financial systems and financial planning tools.
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior involvement in ERP or financial system implementations or migrations.
Experience working with SaaS-based financial tools such as Planful.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Experience with automation and data transformation tools such as Alteryx.
Experience supporting BI or data integration projects across departments.

Salary Range Disclosure:
Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 USD per year.
Final offer may vary depending on experience, performance, and location.
