Role Summary
Participate in Solera’s multi-year project migrating AX 2012 to D365 F&O.
Maintain the legacy AX 2012 implementation during the transition.
Design, develop, implement, test, and support Dynamics ERP solutions.
Create automated solutions for complex business processes.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement custom applications and modules in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders for requirement gathering and analysis.
Write and maintain clean, scalable code using X++, C#, and related technologies.
Customize existing modules and create new functionalities to improve performance and user experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 FO with minimal business disruption.
Conduct unit testing and participate in system integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and team members.
Stay updated on latest D365 FO features and contribute to continuous improvement.
Document technical specs, processes, and procedures for future reference.
Participate in code reviews and help develop coding standards and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 FO and AX 2012 development.
Strong proficiency in X++, C#, .NET, and related tech.
Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud solutions is a plus.
Familiarity with finance modules in D365 and AX 2012.
Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Excellent English communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate.
Experience with integration tools (Data Management Framework, Logic Apps, Power Platform).
Awareness of ERP best practices and industry trends.
