Required Qualifications
Experience in end-to-end development, implementation, or support activities including design customizations, coding, unit testing, test cycles, migrations, and integrations.
Proficient in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database programming.
Working knowledge of release management and source control tools.
Skilled in issue tracking and following up with stakeholders for resolution.
Good client interaction skills including solution presentation.
Exposure to software deployment and troubleshooting on application servers.
Experience analyzing Oracle Database AWR/ADDM reports and troubleshooting database performance issues.
Strong communication and documentation skills in English.
Knowledge of banking terminologies, concepts, and processes is an advantage.
Secondary Skills (Preferred)
Exposure to banking domain knowledge.
Experience with software development processes, DevOps tools, and testing tools.
Programming experience with Core Java, J2EE, REST APIs, JavaScript, and XML.
Awareness of latest banking technologies.
Responsibilities
Participate as a technical team member in development, implementation, or managed service activities including development, migration, testing support, and coordination with Oracle teams on client or offshore locations.
Assist with analysis, design, and implementation of business solutions, including evaluating approaches, estimations, best practices, risks, and recommendations.
Develop programs according to Oracle/client specifications within planned schedules.
Use defined standards, tools, and processes to ensure quality deliverables.
Document all work according to agreed standards and processes.
Follow Oracle/client change control processes and comply with audit and compliance requirements.
Work Environment
Willingness to work offshore and travel to client locations as required.
Willingness to pursue FLEXCUBE technical certifications in functional areas when needed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and challenging environment.
Ready to provide on-call support during off-business hours when needed.
