Key Responsibilities
Participate as a technical team member in development, implementation, or managed services including migration, testing support, and coordination with Oracle teams and clients.
Assist in analyzing, designing, and implementing business solutions. Provide solution approaches, estimates, risk assessment, and recommendations.
Develop programs per client specifications within planned schedules.
Use defined standards, tools, and processes to deliver quality results.
Document work thoroughly as per agreed standards and processes.
Follow Oracle/Client Change Control Process and comply with audit and compliance requirements.
Provide on-call support during off-business hours when required.
Willingness to travel to client locations and work offshore as needed.
Take FLEXCUBE technical certifications as required.
Work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience in development, implementation, or support activities related to Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database.
Working knowledge of release management and source control tools.
Proficient in issue tracking and stakeholder communication for resolution follow-up.
Exposure to application server software deployment and troubleshooting.
Ability to analyze Oracle Database AWR/ADDM reports and troubleshoot database performance issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.
Willingness for on-call support during off-business hours.
Secondary (Preferred) Skills
Exposure to banking domain knowledge, terminologies, and processes.
Experience with software development processes, DevOps tools, and testing tools.
Knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, REST APIs, JavaScript, and XML.
Awareness of latest banking technologies.
Work Environment
Willingness to work offshore and travel to client sites.
Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
