Job Description
Norstella is seeking a skilled and dynamic Senior Product Manager with experience in Market Access and Pharmaceutical Therapy Commercialization. The role involves leading product strategy, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of market-leading solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market needs.
- Define and communicate product vision, goals, and user stories.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback.
- Work closely with stakeholders to address concerns and align on product strategy.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Serve as the primary contact for product-related queries and updates.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market access challenges and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with UX/UI design teams for user-friendly product interfaces.
- Ensure effective communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Background in Market Access and Therapy Commercialization.
- 3-5 years of experience with Real World Data (Lab, EMR, Open Claims, Closed Claims).
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proven experience in managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritizing features.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Marketing, or related field.
