Job Summary
Dassault Systèmes is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), particularly APRISO and/or QUINTIQ. This role will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, client satisfaction, budget control, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting presales activities including proposals and RFPs.
Roles & Responsibilities
Support planning, staffing, governance, and risk management across programs.
Define and contribute to Statement of Work (SOW) content, aligning with Value Engagement standards.
Create and manage detailed project plans throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide direction and oversight to the project team to ensure high performance.
Ensure delivery within scope, on time, on quality, and on budget.
Maximize reuse of best practices and promote efficiency.
Implement necessary actions to guarantee confidentiality and intellectual property protection.
Foster a cohesive and collaborative project team environment.
Deliver clear and concise project reporting (status, risks, KPIs, etc.).
Oversee smooth handover between value commitment and value delivery phases.
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients.
Manage escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
Control and track project budgets and expenditures.
Handle project change requests and manage their impacts.
Coordinate with subcontractors and partners as needed.
Identify and communicate potential new business opportunities.
Document and share project lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on project management experience.
Prior experience in service or consulting-based project environments.
Proven MES experience (APRISO and/or QUINTIQ preferred, not mandatory for the right candidate).
Supply chain and logistics domain knowledge is a plus.
Involvement in presales efforts including building proposals and responding to RFPs.
