About the Role
As a Senior SDET III, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of end-to-end automation test frameworks for next-gen platforms including ML, computer vision, sensor fusion, and real-time vehicle data engines. You’ll work closely with DevOps, engineering, product, and QA teams to ensure product quality and scalability from day one.
What You’ll Do
Design and develop test automation tools, frameworks, and test cases for high-performance platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during release planning and sprint reviews.
Build and maintain automation for web and mobile apps (iOS/Android).
Translate requirements into comprehensive functional and data validation test plans.
Drive CI/CD test integration in Agile environments using tools like Jenkins and Docker.
Advocate for testability, performance, and maintainability in early design stages.
Conduct and document detailed defect management and root cause analysis.
Analyze large datasets to validate data consistency and system behavior.
Mentor team members and lead end-to-end QA strategy and automation execution.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or 7+ years of technical experience in QA/Software Development.
5+ years of hands-on experience in test development with C# or Java.
Solid experience with Appium and Selenium for UI and mobile automation.
Strong knowledge of the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience with iOS/Android mobile automation testing strategies.
Expertise in designing scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks.
Experience in Agile/Scrum teams and sprint planning.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders across departments.
Proven problem-solving mindset and self-driven execution.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
CI/CD experience using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, or Linux OS.
Exposure to microservice architectures and backend API testing.
Familiarity with test automation in cloud-native systems.
