Computacenter's GIS business unit is seeking a confident and experienced Data Warehouse professional to elevate and mature our existing processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Data Warehouse technologies and the ability to create, implement, and execute improvement plans.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with a team of talented data warehouse developers across multiple countries, designing and delivering innovative business intelligence solutions using advanced dimensional modeling techniques and technologies.
• Get hands-on experience with enterprise-level development tasks across the entire SQL Server Stack, including T-SQL querying and optimization, dimensional modeling (Kimball methodology), and integration services best practices.
• Work with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) to design both multidimensional and tabular cubes, leveraging the latest column store data compression techniques and languages like DAX.
• Partner with dashboard developers using Pyramid Analytics and Power BI, deepening your understanding of data visualization in today’s digital landscape.
• Develop a personalized training plan tailored to your unique needs, focusing on enhancing your skills in enterprise BI development and solution delivery, while growing within our business-as-usual support structure and project-based work.

What You’ll Need

• A technical degree or corresponding training (e.g., in business informatics) with at least 7 years of experience in the BI domain.
• A passion for data and the ability to play a key role in shaping the future of our team and company-wide reporting platform.
• Technical mentorship to help you achieve your professional goals, focusing on both software development lifecycle (SDLC) skills and essential soft skills like communication, writing technical design documents, and presentation techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Stack, with expertise in SSIS, T-SQL programming, and ETL processes. Experience with SSDT, Git, and Visual Studio is required.
• Preferred skills include experience with SQL Server 2019, SSAS (Tabular), DAX, Power BI, and scripting languages like C# within SSDT/Visual Studio or Python.
• Strong English communication skills and experience working with international teams are ideal.
