Job Title: Lead Software Engineer
Location: Hyderabad

Skills Required:
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- Core Java and Advanced Java expertise
- Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and SQL
Preferred Knowledge and Experience:
- Familiarity with Apache Solr, Camel/any ESB, ActiveMQ/any messaging server, and Redis or any NoSQL database
- Experience with build and CI tools such as ANT, Maven, Jenkins, and version control systems like GIT/SVN
Design and Development:
- Strong skills in low-level and high-level software design
- Solid understanding of Design Patterns and Architectural Patterns
- Deep knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
- Proficient in conducting code and design reviews
- Good grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and execution models (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative development)
Leadership and Mentorship:
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of 3 to 4 developers
- Preferably 2+ years of experience working in Software Product Development
Thought Leadership:
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and guide the company on integrating these into the business
- Contribute to the evolution of best practices, standards, and policies for software development across the organization
Experience:
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience as a software developer
- Preferably worked in the Retail/E-commerce domain
- Currently holding a Lead Software Engineer role, mentoring a small team
Academic Qualifications:
B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA or equivalent
