Job Title: Lead Software Engineer

Location: Hyderabad
No. of Positions: 3
Compensation: ₹17 to ₹25 LPA

Skills Required:

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

Core Java and Advanced Java expertise
Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and SQL

Preferred Knowledge and Experience:

Familiarity with Apache Solr, Camel/any ESB, ActiveMQ/any messaging server, and Redis or any NoSQL database
Experience with build and CI tools such as ANT, Maven, Jenkins, and version control systems like GIT/SVN

Design and Development:

Strong skills in low-level and high-level software design
Solid understanding of Design Patterns and Architectural Patterns
Deep knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
Proficient in conducting code and design reviews
Good grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and execution models (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative development)

Leadership and Mentorship:

Ability to lead and mentor a team of 3 to 4 developers
Preferably 2+ years of experience working in Software Product Development

Thought Leadership:

Stay updated on emerging technologies and guide the company on integrating these into the business
Contribute to the evolution of best practices, standards, and policies for software development across the organization
