Role Overview
Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
Design and develop high-quality, efficient code.
Debug, test, analyze, and fix complex application issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Follow all stages of the software development lifecycle.
Work on assigned duties and additional projects as needed.
Support product releases and resolve program-related problems in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
Implement scalable and maintainable code using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop, integrate, and support RESTful APIs and microservices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver stable and performant solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and technical challenges.
Contribute to technical documentation and code quality reviews.
Ensure alignment with established SDLC processes and company coding standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.
Technical Requirements
5–8 years of hands-on software development experience.
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks.
Experience working with Oracle databases.
Familiarity with RESTful API development and microservice architectures.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and SQL.
Exposure to the financial industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
