Role Overview
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software product applications.
This role involves active collaboration with stakeholders, participation in design discussions, and contribution to the full software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in design meetings to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-quality software code using C# and .Net Core.
Test, debug, and resolve software issues while ensuring code quality and timely delivery.
Follow standard software development lifecycle and Agile practices.
Work with internal stakeholders to support product releases and resolve program issues.
Manage multiple projects independently or collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to industry best practices in development and testing.
Technical Requirements
5+ years of experience in software development, including design and coding.
Proficiency in C#, .Net Core, and SQL Server.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, HTML, and CSS is preferred.
Familiarity with software development methodologies and lifecycle processes.
Ability to analyze and resolve moderately complex technical problems.
Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
Intermediate knowledge of programming languages and strong analytical skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related productivity tools.
