Job Summary:

As a Senior MERN Developer/Architect, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance and scalable web applications. Your expertise will drive the development of our web solutions, and you will work closely with a team to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture Design: Create and implement the architecture for web applications using MongoDB, ExpressJS, and NodeJS.
Application Development: Build robust, scalable, and secure web applications, adhering to best practices in coding and architectural standards.
Performance Optimization: Enhance the performance and scalability of applications to manage large volumes of data and high traffic efficiently.
Database Management: Design, implement, and maintain MongoDB/PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality products.
Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API documentation, and user guides.
Issue Resolution: Identify and address technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks promptly.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in software development.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing web applications using MongoDB, ExpressJS, and NodeJS.
- Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in MongoDB, including database design, indexing, aggregation, and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in ExpressJS and NodeJS.
- Experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies such as ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with Linux commands and AWS services.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor development teams.
