Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in React.js, Spring Boot, Java, JavaScript, Microservices, and MySQL. Experience in Asset Management Operations is a plus. This role involves developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our business goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using React.js, Spring Boot, Java, JavaScript, Microservices, and MySQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and fix bugs to enhance application performance.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Work closely with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our solutions cutting-edge.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and practices.
- Ensure all software developed adheres to security and compliance standards.
- Document software designs, code, and processes for future reference.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
- Deep understanding of Java and JEE internals, including memory and transaction management.
- Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and performance optimization strategies.
- Proficient in React.js and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, and Microservices architecture.
- Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (e.g., JPA2, Hibernate).
- Experience developing REST APIs and working with cloud platforms such as AWS, PCF, or OCP.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to establish priorities and work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Eagerness to learn new ideas, concepts, and technologies.
