Your Impact
Design and build innovative, secure, reliable, and scalable generative AI applications.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and roadmaps.
Experiment with different generative AI models and architectures; evaluate and improve performance.
Develop and maintain APIs, SDKs, and tools for seamless AI integration.
Implement instrumentation to monitor performance, reliability, and security.
Debug and resolve integration issues; identify bottlenecks and optimize service interactions.
Optimize scale and performance of components to handle large request volumes efficiently.
Collaborate with data scientists, researchers, product managers, engineers, and customers to ensure project success.
Participate actively in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and team discussions.
Stay updated on latest AI/ML research, industry trends, and methodologies.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of professional software development experience in Go, Python, or Java.
Proven backend engineering experience with complex service integration and scaling.
Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, software design principles.
Good understanding of AI service operations, including Generative AI and interface design.
Experience with instrumentation and monitoring tools for service performance.
Excellent problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
