Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
7+ years of industry experience building and shipping software in languages like C#, C++, Java, Go, or Python.
Proven leadership in designing and implementing complex software features or products.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
Passion for delivering high-quality products with customer focus.
Preferred:
Experience with Linux and open-source projects.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps tools.
Experience supporting a high-quality cloud service.
Experience working with geo-distributed teams and cross-functional partners.
Experience mentoring junior engineers.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop Azure service components, including control plane, data plane, and portal extensions.
Handle live site issues and drive security compliance.
Lead planning, design, and implementation of significant service subsystems.
Write hands-on code focusing on security, privacy, scalability, and reliability.
Mentor junior engineers on design and engineering best practices.
Support customers in live site and DevOps environments.
