Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Specialist in Citrix support with extensive experience in Citrix XenApp, VDI, and troubleshooting across a variety of Citrix components. This role involves engineering, maintaining, and supporting large-scale Citrix environments, ensuring stability, reliability, and optimal performance. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Citrix services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Citrix support and resolve end-user issues effectively.
- Troubleshoot Citrix XenApp (versions 4.x, 6.x, 7.x), StoreFront, and other Citrix components.
- Handle problem management calls, identify issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Configure Citrix EdgeSight and analyze reports.
- Manage large Citrix farms with 2000+ concurrent users, running on VMware.
- Handle Citrix printing, third-party printing products, and App-V/AppSense integrations.
- Support and manage Citrix Provisioning Services and VDI infrastructure.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through knowledge management and training of freshers.
- Ensure positive customer experience, including First Call Resolution (FCR) and minimal case reopens.
- Assist in the planning and integration of new technology, providing technical guidance on current and emerging tools.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with Citrix technologies, including Citrix XenApp, StoreFront, EdgeSight, and others.
- Strong experience with Active Directory, GPO, and TS/RDS in Citrix environments.
- ITIL certification and practical experience in Incident, Service Requests, Change, and Problem Management.
- Ability to handle escalations, perform root cause analysis, and meet SLAs.
- Knowledge in Application Streaming, AppSense, and packaging.
- Experience managing large Citrix farms (2000+ concurrent users).
- Valid passport and willingness to travel frequently within and outside India.
Additional Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of VMware and Microsoft Technologies related to Citrix environments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
