Role Accountabilities

  1. Lead the design and implementation of scalable and robust IT architectures aligned with business objectives.

  2. Evaluate current systems and propose architectural enhancements to improve efficiency, performance, and reliability.

  3. Provide advanced technical support for infrastructure systems, including:

    Windows Server and Desktop OS
    Active Directory & Azure AD
    Linux (Red Hat, OpenSuse, Ubuntu)
    Office365, Intune, OKTA, Mimecast
    VMware and virtualization technologies
     
  4. Manage VMware and Nutanix environments (e.g., create virtual machines, upgrade platforms, maintain uptime).

  5. Design, implement, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using OKTA, Office 365, and Azure AD.

  6. Integrate identity services across cloud platforms for seamless and secure access.

  7. Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access requests using IAM platforms.

  8. Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for OKTA, O365, and Azure AD.

  9. Automate user onboarding and offboarding processes.

  10. Collaborate with IT Operations Manager and Senior Engineers to ensure exceptional service delivery.

  11. Use Service Centre tracking systems to log and resolve issues.

  12. Administer the Intune environment (maintain device collections, app packaging, deployment, patch management).

  13. Create documentation including diagrams, procedures, and processes related to labs or IT environments.

  14. Monitor and manage Linux environments (e.g., disk expansion, service checks, virtual machine creation).


What We're Looking For

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).

  2. 5–7 years of experience in IT/Network/System Administration (or equivalent).

  3. Prior experience in large enterprise environments is preferred.

  4. Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

  5. Experience with Linux distributions (Red Hat, OpenSuse, Ubuntu) is a plus.

  6. IT Security certification (e.g., Security+ or CISSP) is an advantage.

  7. Strong knowledge of Microsoft server and desktop operating systems.

  8. Basic networking knowledge (switches, routers, firewalls).

  9. Experience supporting training or R&D environments is a plus.
