Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Tech Lead – Java Development to drive design, development, and delivery of complex product features. You will lead a cross-functional development team, mentor junior engineers, and bring impactful, production-ready code to life in a highly regulated domain.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product development from architecture to deployment.
Design and implement complex features using Java, Spring, and Microservices.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
Collaborate with global teams for requirements gathering and sprint planning.
Troubleshoot production issues and support customer escalations.
Ensure high-quality, well-documented, and maintainable code delivery.
Communicate proactively about timelines, risks, and blockers.
Technical Skills Required
7–10 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE application development.
Strong expertise in Spring, Hibernate, SQL/MySQL, and Microservices architecture.
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in React.js (Mandatory).
Experience working with Apache Kafka, MongoDB, and AWS cloud services.
Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.
Leadership & Collaboration
Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
Ability to interface effectively with product owners, QA, and DevOps.
Agile methodology experience with tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
