Key Responsibilities:
Architect and Design:
Design and architect large-scale enterprise solutions ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Team Development and Training:
Train, mentor, and upskill team members to ensure availability of technically sound manpower and minimize delivery risks.
Client Solutioning:
Gather client requirements and deliver solutions that align with their business objectives using your domain and technical expertise.
Technology Strategy:
Formulate and implement a technology roadmap aligned with both current project requirements and future scalability.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated with cutting-edge technologies to implement high-quality and future-proof solutions.
Skill Requirements:
Strong experience and proficiency in .Net technologies.
Knowledge of Application Development for Embedded Systems.
Hands-on experience with GIT, Windows, C++, and C#.
Deep understanding of solution architecture, system integration, and technical project management.
Excellent communication skills and experience in working with cross-functional teams and clients.
Certifications (Optional but Preferred):
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Certified Software Architect (CSA)
Relevant certifications in .Net, Embedded Systems, or Solution Architecture
