The Senior Technical Lead will manage technology delivery in complex projects, ensuring successful implementation through expert guidance and collaboration.
The role involves overseeing a development team, driving process compliance, and optimizing technical performance throughout the software development lifecycle.
Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers to enhance their skills and productivity.
Conduct detailed code reviews, implement quality assurance protocols, and establish coding best practices.
Ensure process adherence within the assigned modules and participate in technical feasibility discussions and architectural planning.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Prepare and submit status reports to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and address any project escalations.
Strong hands-on experience with Linux system programming and administration.
Proficient in source control using GIT.
Practical experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Skilled in debugging tools, especially GDB.
Sound knowledge of C programming language.
Ability to architect and deliver scalable, high-performance technical solutions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
