Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical guidance to a team of developers in embedded networking, enhancing their capabilities in C++ and Linux through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
Conduct code reviews and implement quality assurance and performance optimization techniques in C++/Linux environments to ensure successful delivery of embedded networking solutions.
Ensure process compliance within assigned modules by participating in technical discussions, feasibility studies, and evaluations of architectural risks and alternatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and prepare status reports to identify risks and resolve escalations efficiently.
Skill Requirements:
Strong understanding of embedded networking principles and technologies.
Proficiency in C++ programming and Linux operating systems.
Experience with software development lifecycle and adherence to coding standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
Certifications (Optional but Preferred):
Certified Embedded Systems Engineer (CESE)
Linux Professional Institute Certification (LPIC)
