Job Summary:
The Senior Technical Lead (.Net, C#, Angular) will lead a team of developers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. The role includes system architecture design, full lifecycle development, mentoring team members, and maintaining coding best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers through the full SDLC.
Architect and design scalable, high-quality software solutions using .NET, C#, and Angular.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope, and project deliverables.
Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure software quality.
Stay abreast of new technologies to suggest improvements and innovations for products or processes.
Skill Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience in .NET framework, C#, and Angular for web development.
Proven ability to lead technical teams within an Agile environment.
Deep understanding of software design patterns, architecture principles, and coding standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in dynamic project environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer / Solutions Architect
Angular Developer Certification
