Job Summary:
As a Senior Technical Lead, you will manage and guide technical teams in complex development projects using Spring Boot and related technologies. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions, aligned with business and client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a development team in Spring Boot, Java, and Hibernate, enhancing code quality and delivery standards.
Perform code reviews, enforce QA best practices, and optimize performance for scalable microservices-based architectures.
Ensure adherence to development processes, participate in technical feasibility studies, and assess risks and solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, while proactively managing escalations and progress reports.
Drive technical innovation and help align engineering activities with Agile methodologies and DevOps pipelines.
Skill Requirements:
Expert in Spring Boot, Java, and Hibernate.
Strong grasp of RESTful API development and SOA/Web Services.
Proven experience in microservices architecture and performance optimization.
Familiar with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding of Agile practices, sprint planning, and team collaboration.
