The Senior Technical Lead will manage embedded networking projects, guide teams technically, and ensure successful delivery of complex, high-performance solutions.
The role demands deep knowledge in embedded systems and networking protocols, with leadership in architecture, development, and quality assurance.
Provide hands-on technical leadership to development teams focused on embedded networking projects.
Lead code reviews, enforce quality and security standards, and optimize performance across software modules.
Ensure adherence to development processes, technical documentation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Participate in feasibility assessments, architecture reviews, and component breakdowns.
Define project scope and deliverables with stakeholders and ensure effective reporting to minimize risk and resolve escalations.
Strong expertise in embedded networking systems and protocols.
Proficiency in EDGE, NAT, OSPF, and MPLS technologies.
Experience leading technical teams and delivering production-level solutions.
Solid knowledge of development best practices, debugging, and performance tuning.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle large-scale project planning, risk analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
