The Senior Technical Lead will lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade Java/Spring Boot applications.
The role includes mentoring developers, ensuring best practices, and maintaining performance standards across Java-based systems and REST APIs.
Lead the technical architecture, design, and development of Java/J2EE, RESTful APIs, and Spring Boot-based applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scalable and maintainable technical solutions aligned with business goals.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and performance guidelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure system stability and reliability.
Mentor junior developers, provide hands-on technical guidance, and contribute to team skill development.
Stay informed about the latest technology trends and integrate emerging tools and frameworks as appropriate.
Strong experience in Java/J2EE architecture and development.
Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
Hands-on proficiency with the Spring Boot framework.
Experience with relational databases such as SQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage technical teams effectively.
Relevant certifications in Java, Spring Boot, or RESTful API development are a plus.
