Position: Senior UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Address user and business needs while balancing design and technical constraints.
• Collaborate with internal and external CX/UX teams to ensure a cohesive user experience across products and services.
• Enhance team capabilities and pursue self-directed learning and career development.
• Advocate for best practices and foster a culture of unity within and across teams.
• Lead design ideation sessions with clear agendas and provide actionable execution plans.
• Create timelines, review development outcomes, and anticipate risks and trade-offs in the design process.
• Maintain structured documentation using tools like Jira and Aha and actively participate in weekly UX meetings.
• Present and iterate on design concepts with a purpose-driven mindset and incorporate feedback from functional teams.
• Develop high-fidelity design deliverables that communicate design specifics clearly and prepare comprehensive hand-off documents for developers.
• Embrace experimentation, viewing failure as a vital step in learning and growth.
• Adapt to the needs of the moment with honesty and flexibility.

Your Impact:

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be instrumental in crafting products that are useful, usable, and delightful. Your work will influence all stages of product development, from research and design to development, review, and release. You’ll explore user behaviors and motivations, making a significant impact on the end-to-end product experience.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes that led to tangible business outcomes. Experience with various form factors is a plus.
• Strong systems thinking with a track record of building products that align with accessibility standards, brand ethos, and scalable design frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to drive collaborative and iterative design outcomes, with measurable improvements.
• 5+ years of digital product design experience, with proficiency in problem-solving, visual design, and interactive prototyping.
• Experience in managing design systems and evaluating user journeys with situational examples in your portfolio.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present and deliver compelling narratives.
