What Your Role Will Look Like:
- Define, guide, and support the execution of technical governance processes.
- Help develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model.
- Assist in developing standards and practices for maintaining the health of the ServiceNow platform.
- Support the design and implementation of a platform operating model to achieve desired outcomes and foster end-user adoption.
- Provide technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices.
- Guide ServiceNow platform design, including considerations for integration and performance.
- Assess architecture and solution designs to support objectives, including alignment with ServiceNow implementation best practices.
- Offer guidance on prototyping and accelerating time from design to deployment.
- Provide technical guidance in platform development and platform-wide solutions.
- Advise on configuration and coding standards.
- Support remediation of configurations not aligned to ServiceNow best practices.
- Assess instance health (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security) by conducting ServiceNow HealthScan.

We Would Like You to Bring Along:
- ServiceNow HR, CSM, and ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience establishing an enterprise-wide technical architecture and implementation strategy for long-term success.
- Ability to drive standardization and best practice platform management, focusing on value delivery.
- Experience instituting technical governance to optimize platform performance and minimize long-term technical risk.
- Ability to enable rapid upgrades to new features and innovation that drive new value.

- Mandatory ServiceNow System Administration Certification.
- ITIL Foundation Certification is a plus or can be obtained before joining.
- Implementation Specialist certification is a plus.
- Experience with ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping), ITBM (Project Portfolio Management, Release Management, Agile), HRSD (HR Service Delivery) and Finance, and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).
- Mandatory experience with CSM (Customer Service Management module).
- Experience with ITSM (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Service Catalog).
- Proficiency in Client Scripts, UI Policy, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs.
- Strong communication skills.
