Your Impact
Solve complex architectural challenges and design scalable service platforms for Cisco's managed services.
Collaborate with product managers, delivery engineers, support teams, and engineering groups.
Lead product development from conception to production with a collaborative and influential approach.
Implement and maintain new ServiceNow platform features in partnership with other engineers.
Mentor team members and promote best practices across the engineering group.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
12–15 years of overall experience in software engineering.
8–10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including team leadership.
Proven record of integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems.
Strong programming skills in at least one language — Java or Python.
Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change Management, User Management, and SLAs.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and its customization.
Proficiency in backend and frontend development using JavaScript and AngularJS.
Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow administration including workflows, update sets, and transform maps.
Preferred Qualifications
Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals, particularly in algorithms and data structures.
Proven leadership experience in guiding technical teams to deliver quality solutions on time.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Preferred Certifications
Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Mandatory
ITIL Certification – Preferred
Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) – Highly desirable
Front-End Web Developer Certification (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Angular) – Highly desirable
